To enrich employees' after-work lives and strengthen team cohesion, on April 18, Qingchuang Food organized all staff to visit the Yayougou Scenic Area in Lanling, Linyi, embarking on a relaxing and restorative spring team-building journey. Accompanied by laughter and cheerful conversation all the way, we traveled by coach to this pristine ancient village nestled amid mountains and waters.

The story of Yayougou dates back to the Warring States period, when the philosopher Xunzi governed Lanling. Legend has it that during his tenure as magistrate of Lanling, Xunzi noticed the area's surrounding mountains, encircling waters, and fertile soil. He led the villagers in reclaiming wasteland to plant oil-bearing crops and establishing oil-pressing workshops—hence the name "Yayougou" (literally "Oil-Pressing Gully").

Our team was deeply immersed in live performances such as the equestrian battle show The Legend of Lanling and the intangible cultural heritage Pan Drum performances, which allowed everyone to truly appreciate the unique charm of traditional culture.

We strolled through Apricot Blossom Street and the ancient district, learning about the local intangible cultural heritage; we also admired the vibrant spring flowers and had close, heartwarming interactions with adorable animals such as deer and peacocks.

At noon, everyone gathered to enjoy a local specialty lunch, chatting and connecting over delicious food while relaxing both body and mind. During the free time in the afternoon, our team members captured the poetic moments where spring meets the ancient village through their lenses, savoring this rare and leisurely respite.

The village is embraced by mountains on three sides and bordered by water on one, with history unfolding at every step and scenery resonating with poetic charm. As the team wandered through, laughter and cheerful conversation filled the air.

This team-building retreat allowed everyone to temporarily leave work pressures behind, relax both body and mind amidst natural landscapes and folk customs, and strengthen the bonds and camaraderie among colleagues.

Looking ahead, Qingchuang Food will continue to carry this spirit of unity and enthusiasm forward—moving hand in hand with renewed energy and embarking on a new journey together!
